Welcome to my site, my name's Felipe Escobar
About me
I studied industrial design getting my degree in 2003, always trying to focus on human interaction and playful products. Later I got a postgraduate degree in multimedia design in 2005, focusing on human media interaction and usability. I am extremely interested in human-media interaction, human-object interaction, animation, 3d modelling, cellullar automata, graffitti, urban vinyl, toy design, comics, literature, arts and asian culture. I have worked designing commercial interiors, products, brochures, logos, web pages and flash tutorials. In my spare time I like to pursue digital art, animation and character design. I love to draw, sew, build, sketch, model and animate. I consider myself more of an experience designer rather just an industrial, media, or graphic designer; I feel that when designing you have to consider the whole experience you are trying to give the end user not just a single part. I also believe that my designs should be backed up by stories. You can find some of my work/inspiration at:
